Welcome to SAM Nordic, Elin

Welcome to SAM Nordic, Elin

We are happy to welcome a new team member of SAM Nordic. Let me introduce Elin Sergi-Lindell as our new Customer Success Manager.

Hello Elin! So great to have you with us. How did you end up at SAM Nordic?

Elin Sergi-Lindell, Customer Success Manager

Thanks! It’s lovely to be here. I got contacted about this position, and once I read about it, I felt that this was my new job. I knew that this position was 100 % me and luckily, the feeling was mutual. I knew a little bit about SAM Nordic from my old work, and I had a good feeling about the company even before I applied.

What do you bring to the table?

I have a background as a technologist, working for the last 14 years at the university hospital of Copenhagen, Rigshospitalet. My main job was working with PET/CT and using various tracers and performing different examinations, but also as a clinical consultant, where I guided the students through their practice at our department. I think that this makes me suitable as a CSM, to bring the customer perspective to the company; what is needed at the departments and a perspective from the department point of view, and to guide and help others with our products.

So far, what is your impression of SAM Nordic as a company?
The work environment has always been close to my heart for me and what I have seen so far, is a fantastic group of people who supports each other and works very hard to contribute and preserve this nice work environment. I am also very impressed by the ambitions of this company, to move forward and to be a part of news within Theragnostics. All to make it as good as possible for the patients who in the very end, need it.

What do you look forward most to, in the coming months, working at SAM Nordic?
I love nuclear medicine and I look forward to getting even more knowledge about everything that is in the field of theragnostic. I am so lucky to be a part of it, to see the world of Theragnostic just develop and grow.

What is the most valuable thing you learned, so far, in your career?
Having a positive perspective of things often leads to good communication and good collaborations with both colleagues and customers. Teamwork is the key!

Where will you mostly be found, when not at work?
I will be out in the garden, or out in nature with my family. Just playing with the kids and enjoying the fresh air and nature.
