The main part of your work will be to plan and book transportations and make sure they reach our customers in an environmentally friendly way and according to GDP.
As our Supply Chain Specialist you will be a part of a dynamic team of 15 collegues. This is a temporary post but as the company steadily grows, there is a good chance it will become a permanent emplyment.
We are looking for a positive person with experience from work with logistics and purchasing. As a person, you are thorough, structured and solution oriented. It is a great advantage if you have some experience in the pharmaceutical industry and if you have been working working in the Microsoft system Business Central/NAV. You need to be fluent in Swedish (speech and writing) and have good skills in English (speech and witing)

- Receive and unpack goods
- Book transports
- Manage returns
- Request quotes from our suppliers
- Answer and manage the company phone and mailboxes
- Registry maintenance
- Send documentation to our carriers
- Handle complaints
