Expansion of the customer service team

Say hi to Marie, the first of two new Customer Service representatives joining the company.

How did you end up at SAM Nordic?
I was contacted by a recruiter for this position.  

What do you bring to the table?
Previously I was working as a customer service representative at a Healthcare Company providing x-ray examinations, among other things.  I bring energy and I always strive for quality and good service towards the customers. 

So far, what is your impression of SAM Nordic as a company?
My first impression of SAM Nordic is that it’s a company that cares for the employees and everyone has a really positive attitude.  

What do you look forward most to, in the coming months, working at SAM Nordic?
I look forward to learning about my job and getting to know all my nice colleagues. 

What is the most valuable thing you learned, so far, in your career?
Something I have learned so far in my career is to Always make an effort to be positive and bring energy to your colleagues.

Where will you mostly be found, when not at work?
When I’m not at work you might see me on the golf course with my husband.
